Excerpt from my upcoming graphic novel, this is the dialog of one of the main characters.
Tell me what you guys think and don't forget to watch me for more content.

"Tell me, if everyone you've ever cared about all gave their lives for an ideal, would you curse this ideal for taking away all that you ever held dear, or would you keep fighting, in hopes that your brother at arms didn't die a meaningless death.

We were kids back then, kids that were told of how we'd fight in the field for glory and honour. And if we were to die, our names would be sung by bards through the ages for all the pretty little maidens to hear. If only that were true, all it is, is to keep us obedient and obedient we were. We fought obediently, we killed obediently, and we died obediently.”

The drawing is good (well, not that I'm an expert, but, you know, I like it), but that text. Gosh, that text is awesome! So much truth in so few lines No, I disagree!
It also gets a whole new meaning when you realize most of us keep living obediently.
